��普陀区社会福利院毗邻长风公园，依山傍水，绿树成荫，是老年人安度晚年的好地方。法人代表

��楼宇由老年公寓、生活护理区和多功能厅三部分组成，建筑面积约5400平方米，集生活、娱乐、医疗保健为一体。全院共有234张床位，现住老人230名，年龄最大的103岁，最小的60多岁，平均年龄约83岁，根据老年人的需要，院内设有医疗室、康复室、娱乐室。室外有庭园式花园，亭台楼榭，荷花碧池，景色宜人。

��本院自1979年建院以来，一直以“一流设施、一流管理、一流服务、一流福利院”为宗旨，实行规范管理，全心全意地为老年人服务，我们的服务对象是社会各界老人。

��The Putuo Social Welfare Institution lies in the bosom of the Changfeng Park. With a hill and streams around and green trees shading its paths, the institution is a wonderful place for the old to spend their remaining years.

��The institution, with an area of 5400 square meters,consists of the apartment building for the elderly, the nursing area and the multifunctional hall.It provides its residents with accommodations, entertainment and health care. There are 234 beds. At present, 230 older persons live here, among whom the lodest is 103 years of age and the youngest 60, the average age being 83. To cater to their needs, a clinic, a rehabilitation center and a recreation hall have been setup. Gardens, pavilions, terraces, and lotus ponds outdoors complete the pleasant picture.

��The Putuo Welfare Institution was set up in 1979. Its maxim have since been "Best Facilities, Best management, Best Service & Best institution."

��The institution practices normalized management and serves the elderly wholeheartedly. It is open the aged from all walks of life.
